With the changing of
seasons, come new fitness and health goals.
I know that for many of
us in the Northern Hemisphere, where winter is quickly approaching,
fitness will soon become that dreaded pastime. With this in mind, I have
created a short "Anywhere Workout" that will help keep you fit and
toned through Winter, and can be done in the warmth of your apartment.
For those of you who are heading
into Summer – this workout will help kick start your fitness levels again and
get you ready for beach weather!!
The Anywhere Workout
15
Jumping Jacks
15 Squats
15 Lunges
15 Push-ups
15 Tricep dips on a chair
30 Crunches
30 Second Plank
15 Squats
15 Lunges
15 Push-ups
15 Tricep dips on a chair
30 Crunches
30 Second Plank
Repeat 3 times
For great results, try to
do this workout up to three times a week, as well as getting in the odd cardio
blast (a run, spinning class, hike, etc) or least a brisk walk a few times a
week!!
